The PSOC™ 4200 family of 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 entry-level automotive CPUs is a combination of a microcontroller with digital programmable logic.
The PSOC™ Automotive 4200 product family is a powerful blend of a microcontroller with digital programmable logic, high-performance analog-to-digital conversion, an opamp featuring comparator mode, and an array of standard communication and timing peripherals. These MCUs are engineered for seamless upward compatibility with the existing PSOC™ Automotive 4 platform offering flexibility for new applications and design requirements.

PSOC™ Creator is an integrated design environment (IDE) that enables concurrent hardware and firmware editing, compiling, and debugging of PSOC™ and FM0+ systems. Applications are created using schematic capture and over 150 pre-verified, production-ready peripheral components.
