Overview
PSOC™ 4 Automotive M series is an expansion to the PSOC™ 4 portfolio and includes more programmable analog and digital blocks, expanded memory, new peripherals, and a higher number of I/Os for all your mixed-signal embedded requirements. Additionally, it has up to 128 KB flash and 16 KB SRAM, providing ample space for storage.
The family is an ideal solution for automotive HMI systems combining programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing for reliable capacitive touch-sensing and proximity-sensing solutions, even in harsh automotive environments.
PSOC™ Automotive 4 M series offers a wide range of features that reduce the total system cost and simplify the design process by integrating programmable analog front ends (AFEs) and programmable digital blocks. It features dual controller area network blocks (CAN 2.0), peripheral-to-peripheral direct memory access (DMA), and up to 55 I/Os that support analog, digital, LCD drive, and CAPSENSE™ touch-sensing interfaces.
