Infineon's PSOC™ 4 Automotive S series: The Max family offers 384 KB flash, MSC CAPSENSE™, and fast communication for complex automotive designs.

PSOC™ Automotive 4100S Max expands the PSOC™ 4 S series portfolio by offering higher flash, additional GPIOs, new communication methods, a cryptographic accelerator and introduces the fifth-generation of capacitive sensing technology. PSOC™ 4100S Max Automotive products will be upward-compatible with members of the PSOC™ 4 platform for new applications and design needs.
